Christy Postell

Founder & Lead Strategy Consultant

Christy currently leads the team at Solvo Consulting. She has a wealth of experience with Fortune 500 companies and is passionate about applying that knowledge to improve efficiency for small and medium sized businesses.

With over fifteen years of experience in technical consulting, program implementation, operations improvement, and integrated enterprise solutions, Christy has worked in the day-to-day operations and management of initiatives for both for-profit and non-profit organizations.

Her vision is to create accessible, fit-for-purpose solutions that enable her customers to achieve pragmatic, outcome-oriented goals. Christy and her family are based in Keedysville, Maryland, right next door to historic Antietam National Battlefield.

Jesse Yommer

Senior Technical Consultant

Jesse brings deep technical knowledge and practical expertise to the Solvo Consulting team. Prior to joining Solvo, Jesse worked for a large corporation for 20 years as a technical lead supporting multiple operational units.  During that time, Jesse designed and implemented custom, integrated solutions for both internal and external customers on technologies and platforms including Salesforce.com, Mapics XA, RentalMan, Baseplan, SQL, and .Net.  He holds the following certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, ITILv3.  Jesse enjoys solving complex process challenges with native and custom Salesforce solutions. He lives in Hancock, Maryland, with his family, a flock of chickens and a couple ducks!

Sedona Yommer

Operations & Project Manager

Her love of planning and organization guides Sedona daily as Solvo’s Operations Analyst and Project Manager. She also leads the implementation of Atlassian’s Jira and Confluence software
for clients.

Sedona has a certificate of Project Management through Google and is working towards her CAPM. Sedona obtained her Bachelors of Science in Paralegal Studies from Kaplan University.

In her free time, Sedona enjoys spending time with her family and enjoys being outside making things grow or running. She has enjoyed volunteering her time over the years for local and national non-profit organizations; currently as a youth crisis counselor.

Kurt Johnson

Senior Business Architect Consultant & Advisor

Kurt Johnson is recently retired from a senior position with Citibank’s Global Fraud Prevention group after a 36 year career serving in lead technical project implementation roles with major financial institutions. His focus areas have been in Business Analysis, Process Reengineering and Productivity Improvement. While at Citibank he worked on projects for the Global Consumer Bank which included Branded Cards, Citibank Retail Services (private label cards) and the Retail Bank (branch network). His recent work has focused on improving agent facing desktops, call center/IVR integrations and fraud detections systems.

Mr. Johnson earned a BSBA with majors in Management and Business Information Systems from Shippensburg University and an MBA with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Mount St. Mary’s University. He also is a Certified New Product Developer.

Cyber Security Team

 

Solvo’s Cyber Security Consultants have 20 years combined experience in the US intelligence community including 3 years as a federal law enforcement officer. During their tenure with the US Government they focused on conducting and managing technical operations against counterterrorism and hard target country infrastructure both domestically and abroad. They have spent the last two years in the commercial sector conducting external vulnerability assessments on Fortune 500 companies. They enjoy family time and anything outside or at the beach.

Presley Reed

Senior Business Analyst Consultant

Presley Reed is a seasoned Salesforce Administrator with over nine years of experience across various industries. Presley has been working with Solvo Consulting for a year, together specializing in customizing and implementing Salesforce solutions to drive operational
efficiency and achieve business goals for clients. With a keen analytical mindset, Presley excels in identifying inefficiencies and delivering innovative solutions.

Presley’s work history includes working as a Salesforce Consultant, Business Analyst, and Database Manager, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills, and translating complex requirements into effective Salesforce configurations. His ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams has contributed to successful implementations and user adoption.

Faith Wandell

Marketing Consultant 

Faith Wandell is an award-winning graphic designer with a well-rounded knowledge in creative suite programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign. As a freelance designer, Faith has worked with an abundance of clients, ranging from consulting firms to herbal medicine companies. Her talents continue to grow as she gains experience in the professional industry.
